Fine Precipitated Aluminum Trihydrate (ATH) is a widely used flame retardant that releases water when exposed to high temperatures, reducing heat and suppressing flames. Kemgard® molybdate compounds, produced by Huber Advanced Materials are cost-effective smoke suppressants based on patented surface treatment technology. The Kemgard® smoke suppressant product chemistries include ammonium octamolybdate, zinc molybdate, calcium molybdate, zinc phosphate / zinc oxide complexes.

CHARGUARD™ by Elementis are organically modified clay-based performance additives designed to provide anti-drip and char-promoting functions in non-halogenated fire-retardant systems. These additives are low-polarity aliphatic quartz-based organoclays that do not contain intentionally added PFAS ingredients.
